University Human Resources develops and manages policies and practices to guide human resource management throughout the University. UHR works in close cooperation with the human resource offices of the Health System, U-M Flint and U-M Dearborn as well as human resource officers in campus units throughout the University.
We will maintain employee communication including closures, work assignments and helping disseminate employee health and safety information. UHR will assist with workload management, creating flexible policy/practice guidelines and possible work/location reassignment tracking.
