Along with University organizational priorities, the Provost recognizes the health and safety of faculty, staff and students as most important. Another major concern of the Provost is delivery of educational services such as instruction, library services and technology. It is vital to preserve the delivery of instruction for as long as possible, but coordinate an orderly suspension and restart if necessary. Hand-in-hand with instruction, it is essential to preserve the integrity of student records and other elements of the social contract between the University and its students. Financial integrity, preservation of facilities and equipment, and support for community and University partnerships are also high priorities.
